معهد جامعة نيويورك أبوظبي ومركز أبوظبي للغة العربية يدعوان لفعالية ثقافية وروحانية احتفاءً بيوم الأم، شهر القراءة، ورمضان في ساحة جون سكستون في مقر الجامعة.

"أمهات النور: بركة الأمومة في قلب رمضان" مع د. نورية العبيدلي، اخصائية نفسية وكاتبة، حيث تُسلّط الضوء على دور الأمهات وتأثيرهن في الحياة الأسرية والمجتمعية، أداء أغنية "ست الحبايب" بعزف شيرين تهامي من بيت العود وغناء لمياء أمين، وقراءات من كتاب لد. فاطمة المزروعي تُشاركنا من خلالها رحلتها مع الكلمات والمعاني يتخللها مشاركة طلابية للمهاوات حيثُ يقدم كل منهم التهويدة الخاصه ببلده ولغته. بالإضافة إلى ورش عمل تقليدية ممتعة يقودها مجلس الإمارات بجامعة نيويورك أبوظبي.

Join us on March 21st for a celebration of Mother's Day, Reading Month, and the holy month of Ramadan through the art of Mahawat (lullabies). The event features a Ramadan dialogue with Dr. Nooria Al-Obaidli on the blessings of motherhood, performances by Sherine Tahami, readings by Dr. Fatima Al-Mazrouei, and Mahawat performances by NYUAD students. Additionally, engage in fun traditional workshops led by the NYUAD UAE Majlis.
